I'm generally reluctant to buy short books like this but I read the author's blog so I felt like it was trusted source. And I feel like I made the right decision. I've been on Amazon Turk for several years now but doing low paying hits that take a lot of time and work to accrue any reasonable daily result. With just some of the information from this book, I boosted my income and halved my time spent doing it. It was well worth the purchase. This little book is packed with usable information and tips, no filler or other nonsense. I would gladly purchase other guides from this author.
This book succinctly describes exactly what you need to do to start making money on MTurk. I had been working for a couple of weeks with mediocre results and this eBook really helped me start making decent money.
Two words: GOOD INFORMATION. This book gives you the tools you need when you first start out turking. It takes a little time to find your way around in the world of M-Turk. I'm on day ten, as I write this and I am glad I ordered this book today - swallowed it whole:).My favorite section was the discussion of scripts and how to use them - that alone was worth the price of the book for me. Thanks, Michael.Of course, the section on the requesters themselves was equally riveting and I now feel better (more secure) in making my HIT (job) selections.Bottom line, the author, Michael Naab has done a fine job in showing you the way, the rest is up to you and me:).Highly recommended.

I had been a infrequent user of mturk. Once I found this book, I was introduced to the world of mturk browser extensions and scripts. Using mturk has now become quicker, easier, and more productive for me. I would have liked to have a bit more of how to set up Watchers in Turkmaster, but that is a minor quibble. The book is a tad short for the price - it's probably more of a $1.99- $2.50 value, but you'll quickly gain back the price from increased mturk income, so this isn't a major issue.
Absolute necessity. I read the book, did a 100 HITs or so, and now that I'm kind of on a roll I still go back and reference the book from time to time to see am I missing something that I could be doing better,etc. The information on requesters and scripts has changed slightly and will keep changing but you still really need Naab's guide here to get you started. I saw a bunch of articles that highly recommend Reddit as a source and I would say avoid that like the plague. I've never seen anything trustworthy on there about mturk. Read this book, do some HITs, go back to the book, get your scripts going and you'll be good to go. The forum advice was also 100% spot on. You will earn back the money you spend on this book in a day. I can't recommend this highly enough. It's so hard to explain what mturk is and how to do it. This is a very succinct and easy to understand guide. Seriously I can't say enough good things about this book. If you are starting out mturk this is a MUST. -the turkscribe
I really enjoyed the personality of this author through his words. It was a lot of information, but he made it fun to read. It was nice to find a book that didn’t cost an arm and a leg so that I could find out if this is something I wanted to do. Well worth the money!
Ok, who doesn't want to make a few extra dollars in their spare time? I have been working on MTurk for about a year now but not in any sort of organized way, just a few jobs here and there. This handy book has given me structure and tips for planning my MTurk time to make the most out of it, by organizing my searches and selecting my HITs to get the most gain in the most efficient use of time.
