So some things and information about the minfulnesss, excercies and so on that you get to learn I have already learned at "Live with chronic pain"-schools.But it always good to repeat.The book is really good if you don't have a clue about mindfulness, how to be focused and how to start your day in the best way . I can sign under that the tipswork!
