The photos are beautiful, and they're printed on sturdy, high-quality material. So why the mediocre rating? Because the date section of the calendar itself is not a grid of days and dates as usual, but simply a list of numbers in a single row on the bottom, from 1 to 31 (or 30, or 28, depending on the month). The days of the week aren't even listed, though the numbers of the dates that fall on a Sunday are shown in red. So the main reason to buy this "calendar" is to display some great-looking pictures of bridges. If you actually want a calendar where you can easily check days and dates, buy something else.
This "calendar" is gorgeous but it is all about the pictures, it is not a functional calendar. Literally each month at the bottom of the pictures are the numbers 1-31 (or however many days are in that month). And it is really big - much larger than a standard wall calendar. It is really my fault for not paying more attention - but if you want a calendar that actually tells you what day it is or that you can write on this is not for you.
